Dosing is calculated automatically, based on the last grind. If your dose requires a little more or less, the intelligent dosing system auto corrects, remembering and adjusting the previous dose and tamp outcome, to achieve the perfect result.For a consistent tamp and a polished puck the Barista Express Impress provides a precise 10kg of tamp pressure followed by a professional 7° barista twist for a flawless tamp surface.
