The Global GF-100 18cm Forged Nakiri Knife is a fully forged knife made from Cromova18 stainless steel and ice hardened to Rockwell 56-58.The blade of the Nakiri knife features an acute 15° cutting edge which holds its razor sharp edge for longer, yet is easily sharpened when required. The hollow handle is filled with sand to provide excellent balance whilst the classic Global dotted handle provides a secure grip. Smooth contours and seamless construction eliminate food or dirt traps, offering the ultimate in safety and hygiene.Designed to come into full contact with the cutting board with each stroke and create clean cuts of each vegetable.As a fully forged knife, the GF-100 is made from one piece of steel from the knife point to the end of the handle and contains a full tang.  Knives are not for sale to persons under the age of 18. - all knives and bladed products are delivered by Age Verified Delivery (AVD) and cannot be delivered by DPD. The carrier may request proof of age in order to deliver your parcel. If proof of age is not available, or the recipient is underage, the carrier will refuse to deliver.
