Each of the professional V knives are designed with a larger handle and are heavier in the hand than the signature collection. The chefs knife uses the 15° edge for superior sharpness making it ideal for preparing meat, vegetables, herbs and salads and perfect for crushing garlic and chopping nuts.The Robert Welch Professional V 18cm Chefs Knife comes complete with a Robert Welch lifetime guarantee.
